Student Council
 

Student Council Representatives should be students who can miss some instructional class time.  They should be students who can consistently be good Role Models for Deer Creek Elementary School.  The Student Council will meet once a month before school.    

They will have several responsibilities which include:

• A service project each semester
• Assist with Red Ribbon Week
• 4^th & 5^th grade students help run the “Student Store” during all lunches each Wednesday (they will need to miss some class time)

Each classroom teacher will choose their class representatives or ask for volunteers who would be willing to serve on Student Council for one semester.

 1^st and 2^nd grades will submit one representative for each semester.

3^rd, 4^th,  and 5^th grades will submit two representatives for each semester.
