My name is Jennifer Parsons and this will be my 2^nd year to teach at Deer Creek Elementary. I graduated from UCO in December, 2005 with a Bachelors degree in special education. I am certified in the areas of severe-profound; mild-moderate; and elementary education. I have 5 years teaching experience including my student teaching and substitute teaching. 

I have 3 daughters who are actively involved in their school band programs. The two oldest will be attending OU this year, and the youngest plays for her high school band. My favorite hobby is watching them perform in contests and at football games. (even though I am an avid OSU fan!)  I also enjoy reading, watching old movies, and working in my yard.
