Hi my name is Lizzette Norris. I am very excited that this will be my first year at Deer Creek Elementary. I am from San Juan, Puerto Rico and I am bilingual. I graduated from Sacred Heart University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982.  I was a Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma for the Department of Human Services. I look forward to working with a wonderful group of children and a great staff. 

My husband, Jeff, and I live in Deer Creek.  I have 2 children, Robert and Katherine, both graduated from Putman City North High School. Currently, my daughter is a junior at OSU and my son is a Mortgage Banker married to Christy who is a hair stylist. I have three cats, one dog and two birds, as you can see I love animals. All of our animals are named after states.  In my spare time I love to practice Yoga and meditate. I also sing in my church’s choir and I’m a professional shopper. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you!
