Hello!  My name is Nina Baker and I am very excited for a great year at Deer Creek Elementary School!

I am originally from Clinton, Oklahoma.  I graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Science in Special Education.  My first year of teaching was in Lawton, Oklahoma in a self contained 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade class.  This will be my second year of teaching.

I am grateful for my wonderful family!  My husband and I were married in December of 2009, which happened to be the same week I finished college (bad idea)!  He is a Land Man for Chesapeake Energy.  I have wonderful parents and the best sisters!  We have one cat who is 15 years old and still kicking!
