A special thank you from the 3rd grade to Joyce Henderson.  She worked side by side with Clara Luper a famous Oklahoman who made a difference as a civil rights activist.  She gave a special presentation about her days as a civil rights activist.  It was phenomenal.

Introducing the Regional Spelling Bee Champion, Arjun Aggarwal!  This young man competed against 4th through 8th graders from around the region for the title.  Join us in congratulating Arjun and wishing him the best as he represents Deer Creek Schools and DCES at the State Spelling Bee!  Way to go!!  We are so proud of you.
